How It happens
Your journey with us begins with an initial inquiry meeting. This is your chance to meet with us in person and learn about our process, what we offer, and who we are. It’s a time for you to share with us your vision and hopes for your space, and for you to hear about our approach and how it will hopefully align with your project goals.

When you’re ready to move forward after the initial inquiry meeting, we’ll collect a signed letter of commitment and a project-based deposit. From there, we’ll schedule your project and begin bringing your vision to life.
commitment
This is your opportunity to share your inspirations and vision for the space, while we take the time to thoughtfully listen and understand your project. Whether it’s a renovation or new construction, wish lists, inspiration boards, images, or any materials that reflect your ideas will guide us in designing a space that feels distinctly personal. With this direction, we’ll return to the studio to begin crafting tailored concepts for your project.
For Renovations, we’ll schedule a site visit to take detailed measurements and gain a comprehensive understanding of your current space.
For New Construction, we’ll work from your architectural plans to ensure every detail aligns seamlessly with your design vision.
project launch
We will schedule an in-studio design review. During this meeting, we will present a conceptual as well as a 3D view that will allow you to experience and understand your space more clearly. We will explore design options, products, and discuss preliminary pricing. The design review process may require a few meetings or many, depending on your project’s needs. We will continue refining the design until you're ready to approve the final drawing. This collaborative process ensures that every detail is considered, setting us up for a smooth transition to the next phase.
DESIGN REVIEW
The selection process goes hand in hand with the design review. We will work closely with you to choose all the details that will bring your space to life. From cabinetry styles and finishes and countertops to plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware, decorative lighting, in-cabinet and under-cabinet lighting, tile and floor selection, and more. The product selection is all about fine-tuning the details to create a space that is cohesive and personalized to you.

We’re with you every step of the way. With both the design review and the selections finished, these details will come together into a final contract. Each project has a dedicated install binder with the details of their project, keeping all selections, plans, and timelines organized and accessible. We visit the job site regularly to ensure the design is being executed to the highest standard and to address any questions or adjustments that may come up along the way. Regular check-ins keep you informed and involved, while our team manages the details to bring your design to life smoothly and beautifully.
